As a Greeter at Hyatt Regency Austin, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, warmly welcoming them and setting the tone for their dining experience.

Requirements

  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment
  • Polished and professional verbal communication skills
  • Previous host/hostess or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays; Monday - Friday (AM/Morning) availability required
