Job Description
Hosts/Greeters are responsible for welcoming and creating the first impression for restaurant guests, influencing the overall experience through interactions, and overseeing reservation systems. Additional responsibilities include problem solving, troubleshooting, and maintaining a quality experience.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as Restaurant Host/Greeter preferred
  • Experience with reservations systems (SevenRooms, OpenTable, Resy, Etc.)
  • Refined verbal communication skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push a minimum amount of weight (about 10 pounds)
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
