Role OverviewHypsi seeks a passionate Greeter to join the team at Hotel Daphne in Houston Heights. You will be part of a team that takes pride in celebrating creativity and delivering exceptional guest experiences. The role is the initial point of contact for guests, setting the tone for the dining experience.
What You Will Do
Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, manage reservations, walk-ins, waitlists, and table assignments. Communicate seating needs and guest preferences to service and management teams, maintain an organized host stand, monitor dining room flow, answer guest questions about the menu and restaurant, and assist with guest concerns.

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to remain organized and professional during busy service periods
- Comfortable standing for extended periods of time
- Full morning availability for an AM schedule, with preferred flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Interest in hospitality and guest experience
