What You Will Do
As our new Interconnection Expert, you will serve as a trusted advisor to developers, utilities, and other stakeholders navigating the large load or generator interconnection process across major ISO/RTO markets.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Policy, or a closely related field
- Minimum of 5 years of direct experience with ISO/RTO generator interconnection processes
- Proven ability to interpret and apply ISO tariffs, interconnection procedures, and FERC orders
- Technical literacy in power systems sufficient to critically review interconnection study results
- Familiarity with FERC Order 2023 and the evolving landscape of large generator interconnection reform
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client engagements concurrently across different ISOs and project stages
