Job Description
We are seeking a GRIP Personal Training Sales Manager to join our team at LA Fitness JAX. As a Sales Manager, you will lead a sales team, develop strategic sales plans, and build relationships with gym members. This is a full-time opportunity with competitive pay, bonuses, and benefits, including 401K and health insurance.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the health, wellness or fitness industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals.
Ability to analyze sales metrics and develop data-driven strategies.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with LA Fitness operations and client base is highly desirable.
