Role OverviewGritCycle Team Members are passionate, positive, and hard-working individuals with a love for health and fitness. They work part-time, have at least 3 days of availability, and are responsible for creating a client-focused experience while implementing tasks to maintain studio cleanliness.
What You Will Do
Provide high-level customer service and hospitality to clients, operate within assigned duties, provide support to instructors, maintain the GritCycle aesthetic, and work in a fast-paced customer service centered environment.

Must be able to work in a team environment, have excellent customer service skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must also be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have employment eligibility and identity documents
- Must have the ability to travel to studios and headquarters with own transportation methods
- Must be able to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week
