Job Description
The General Merchandise Clerk (“GMC”) is accountable for delivering G.O.A.T. (Greet, Observe, Assist, Thank) service to our customers. This position plays a key role in supporting multiple areas of store operations and delivering outstanding customer service.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma is preferred but not required
  • A valid Food Handler / Health Card
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Friendly, helpful attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction and service at all time
  • Ability to work well within the team and follow direction with a good attitude
  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) with the ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and teammates
  • Basic math and reading skills for handling pricing, labels, equipment, and inventory
  • Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
  • Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
