Job Description
CW Resources is seeking a hands-on 3rd Shift Assistant Project Manager / Operational Assistant Supervisor to support daily operations, supervise overnight team, and lead by example by actively participating in stocking duties. The role involves overseeing the night-shift staff, ensuring shelves are stocked, leveled, and ready for morning business, and maintaining open communication with managers and resolving operational challenges.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2- 3 years of experience working in a grocery store, warehouse, or similar setting as a Stocker, Sales Associate, Warehouse
  • Minimum of 2- 3 years of team lead or supervisory experience.
  • Familiarity with inventory processes such as receiving, stocking, rotation (FIFO), and back‐stock organization.
  • Familiarity with safety procedures in a warehouse or retail environment.
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Valid Real ID
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain government base access.
