Role OverviewAs a Grocery Team Leader, you will plan, direct, and supervise team members in the day-to-day operations within various departments of the store. You will serve as the mentor and coach for all team members, implement strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, and maintain store appearance.
What You Will Do
Ensure a positive company image, provide courteous and efficient service to customers and team members, responsible for staffing, selection, and hiring, and promotes succession planning.

Requirements
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- 2-3 years of related retail experience
- One year of management experience
- Rotational assignments in other areas of the store
- Customer service and product flow experience
- Demonstrated ability to communicate to team members
- Demonstrated ability to resolve conflict
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks
- Demonstrated ability to analyze financial and statistical information
- Demonstrated ability to teach suggestive selling
- Demonstrated ability to lead an organization that practices working safely at all times
- Successful completion of all required certifications
