Job Description
We are seeking a Grooming Salon Manager to lead salon operations and team members, delivering expert grooming services to customers' pets and creating a positive experience for our partners.

Requirements

  • 2 or more years' experience as a professional groomer
  • Strong leadership skills and desire to lead, train, and develop people
  • High-school diploma or GED preferred
  • Expert knowledge of various dog breeds, grooming requirements, common health issues, and behaviors
  • Expert-level proficiency in breed-specific cuts, styling techniques, and grooming standards
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Results-driven and committed to salon productivity, performance, growth, and improvement
  • Available to work full time at a minimum of 35 hours per week, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
