Role OverviewThe Manifestor is responsible for ensuring all product leaving the Ground Beef department is accurately documented, labeled, and verified according to customer and company requirements. This role supports production by completing correct paperwork, confirming product specifications, and assisting with equipment setup and minor troubleshooting.
What You Will Do
Complete all required manifesting paperwork accurately, verify product to ensure it meets customer specifications and internal quality standards, assist with setup and teardown of packaging equipment, and support operators by helping set up additional equipment for production runs.

Requirements
- High school degree
- 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
