Role OverviewManage and supervise hourly employees, responsible for motivation and safety, and ensuring the area is properly staffed to meet operational needs. The role requires maintaining good working relationships with the Union, USDA, and Maintenance employees.
What You Will Do
Prepare pre-operational paperwork, coach and develop employees, meet volume goals, reduce claims, maximize yields, reduce cost, and employee retention.
