Role OverviewPerform general maintenance and repairs on ground-based seeding equipment throughout the Mountain West region, working independently in remote environments with varying weather conditions.
What You Will Do
Apply basic plumbing, electrical, and technical troubleshooting skills to keep equipment running to spec, diagnose issues in the field, and make sound judgment calls to keep equipment mission-ready.

Requirements
- Working knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical systems
- Comfortable troubleshooting mechanical and technical equipment issues in the field
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently to ground based sites across the Mountain West
- Ability to work independently in remote, low-connectivity environments
- Comfortable working outdoors in a range of weather conditions year-round
- Able to take ownership of tasks
- Taking initiative of problems and their resolution
- Valid driver’s license and ability to safely operate a truck/trailer on unpaved and remote roads
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
