Role OverviewThe Ground Terminal Project Manager will oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects, serving as a liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. The role involves reviewing project status, managing schedules, and preparing status reports. The manager will assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
What You Will Do
The Project Manager will oversee multiple simultaneous construction sites, manage major subcontracts efforts, and coordinate between contracts, procurement, subcontracts, security, safety, facilities, property, and human resources. The role involves operating independently to solve complex, multi-stakeholder issues while maintaining communication and coordination with other elements of the program.

The successful candidate will have 12 years of experience, supervisory or lead experience, and experience managing large-scale deployments. The candidate should have experience in project management principles, proficiency with project tracking and collaboration tools, and an active/current TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a Poly.
