Job Description
Join us as a Grounds & Building Maintenance Technician, where you’ll support the upkeep of both buildings and outdoor areas while working hands‐on across a variety of maintenance tasks.

Requirements

  • Performing routine repairs on building structures including walls, floors, ceilings, doors, and windows
  • Carrying out groundskeeping tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, landscaping, and seasonal property maintenance
  • Inspecting and maintaining walkways, parking lots, fencing, drainage systems, and general outdoor infrastructure
