Role OverviewThe Grounds Laborer – Maintenance supports the successful operation of federal facilities by ensuring grounds and exterior areas are safe, clean, and well-maintained. This role directly contributes to meeting contract requirements, maintaining high safety standards, and supporting a respectful and productive work environment aligned with Didlake values.
What You Will Do
Perform day-to-day operations of a federal site grounds maintenance contract, including grounds maintenance, equipment operation, and minor repairs.

Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) months of experience in grounds maintenance
- Valid Real ID for access to the work site
- Ability to obtain and maintain required credentials and background checks
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to learn the proper use and operator maintenance of routine grounds maintenance equipment and hand tools
- Ability to follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment
