Job Description
We are looking for individuals who are respectful, hard-working, have an eye for detail, work with a sense of urgency, and enjoy working outdoors. Experience in irrigation work is highly valued for this role. This position works 4, 10-hour shifts each week (that's 3 days off each week!!).

Requirements

  • Possess a valid driver's license and have a history of safe driving
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test (THC excluded)
  • At least 21 years old or older (requirement to drive a company vehicle)
  • Previous lawn care experience preferred
  • Friendly and dedicated to great customer service
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, work independently, and as part of a crew
  • Able to solve and analyze situations and determine the appropriate resolution
  • Ability to manage time effectively
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills to understand and meet customer needs
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions
