Role OverviewLAUKOA is seeking a qualified Grounds Maintenance Laborer to support facilities operations at Fort Meade, Maryland. This position performs routine grounds maintenance, landscaping, and exterior upkeep duties to help maintain safe, clean, and professional Government facilities.
What You Will Do
Perform routine grounds maintenance, landscaping, and exterior facility support tasks, including mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, raking, seeding, mulching, and maintaining turf, landscaped areas, sidewalks, roadsides, and facility grounds.

The selected candidate will support daily grounds operations while complying with contract requirements, applicable safety procedures, and environmental standards. Must possess and maintain an active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience performing grounds maintenance, landscaping, or similar outdoor maintenance work
- Experience operating common grounds maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to perform outdoor physical labor in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver's license
