Job Description
ASRC Federal is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Worker to support daily grounds maintenance operations at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in North Charleston. The successful candidate will perform routine landscaping and turf maintenance duties to ensure the facility grounds remain safe, clean, and professionally maintained.

Requirements

  • High School diploma/GED preferred
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with a valid Real ID or U.S. Passport
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to operate company vehicles and grounds equipment
  • Previous commercial landscaping or grounds maintenance experience preferred
  • Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, etc.)
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. unassisted
  • Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Must be able to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Must be able to pass a background check and physical
  • Must be available Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
