Role OverviewPerform general groundskeeping duties to maintain clean, safe, and orderly communities, including trash and pet waste removal, breezeway cleaning, and exterior property upkeep. Perform seasonal grounds duties, including snow and ice removal, deicing, leaf removal, and light landscaping. Assist with custodial duties as needed.
What You Will Do
Maintain basic reports and records as required. Effectively prioritize tasks and manage time. Follow established safety procedures and basic Safety Data Sheet (SDS) guidelines.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Driver's License is required for the position. Some landscaping or custodial experience preferred.
