Job Description
The Grounds Technician position is responsible for the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, parking lots, and other community buildings for a multifamily housing complex. The job involves using chemicals/cleansers and working in all weather conditions.

  • Must be willing and able to work effectively and efficiently as a member of a professional apartment maintenance team.
  • Must be willing and able to work effectively and efficiently on an independent basis.
  • Must be willing and able to effectively interact with a wide variety of personalities, maintaining excellent public relations on an ongoing basis.
  • Must possess a positive attitude and the ability to smile under all circumstances.
  • Achieve Fair Housing certification prior to interaction with prospects or residents
