Requirements
- Minimum of one year of current, proven groundskeeping experience in a multifamily, commercial, or similar property environment
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing daily responsibilities effectively
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic
- Basic knowledge of maintenance tools, power equipment, and groundskeeping equipment preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Reliable transportation required
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to identify and report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and property damage
