Role OverviewPerform a broad range of maintenance functions at a residential community, including unit turnovers, painting, plumbing, and electrical work. Maintain and enhance the overall appearance of the property, including residential common areas, office spaces, grounds, and parking areas.
What You Will Do
Perform preventative maintenance and repair work, complete service requests and work orders, prepare vacant units, maintain community grounds, and participate in on-call rotations.

Requirements
- 2+ years of maintenance or related experience
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and general repairs (plumbing a plus)
- Basic computer skills and ability to use web-based systems
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible, adaptable, and receptive to feedback
- Available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with on-call as needed
- Valid CA driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to work in Madera
