Job Description
ResProp Management is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain clean, safe, and attractive common areas, drive resident satisfaction, and coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor and team.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of general groundskeeping experience
  • Must have own hand tools
  • Must live within 30 minutes of community
  • Must be willing to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Must have dependable transportation
  • Ability to lift or carry objects up to 50 pounds
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred but not required
