Role OverviewGroundskeepers are responsible for a range of landscaping, grounds maintenance, and (where applicable) snow removal duties. They ensure community grounds are clean, well maintained, and visually presentable.
What You Will Do
Maintains community vehicle and equipment, picks up trash/debris, inspects irrigation system, treats weeds, and performs other lawn care services as needed.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 months in previous groundskeeping experience in the apartment or manufactured housing industry
- 6 months in demonstrated knowledge and experience in general grounds maintenance techniques
- Ability to endure fluctuations in temperatures
- Ability to work an on-call schedule
- Basic computer proficiency
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Proficient skills in operating various hand tools, power equipment, and commercial machinery
