Job Description
Dominium is a purpose-driven leader in affordable housing. We are seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of our property at Sandy Creek, a 140 unit apartment community in Bryan, TX. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for daily trash removal, landscaping tasks, snow/ice removal, and common area cleaning.

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate in English orally and understand written and oral instructions
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
  • Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
  • May require a valid driver’s license, ability to drive a motor vehicle, mini-truck, under-speed vehicles (USV) and utility vehicles (UTV) and auto insurance
