Role OverviewThe Groundskeeper plays an integral role in maintaining the beauty, safety, and overall presentation of the Twin Farms property. Working as part of a collaborative team, this role ensures that all outdoor spaces are clean, well-groomed, and reflective of our high standards. This position also supports the guest experience through cross-department collaboration, including assisting with guest transportation, luggage handling, and preparing outdoor spaces and accommodations to meet guest expectations.
What You Will Do
Maintain the outdoor spaces, assist with guest transportation, luggage handling, and preparing outdoor spaces and accommodations to meet guest expectations. Ability to push, pull, and maneuver tools, equipment, and materials weighing over 100 lbs.

Requirements
- Minimum of two years of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience
- Experience operating landscaping machinery and equipment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma, vocational training, or equivalent required
- OSHA General Industry certification preferred
