Role OverviewMaintain all outdoor areas in a safe, attractive condition. Perform routine maintenance/repairs, pick-up debris, and other duties as assigned. Work independently and be willing to learn.
What You Will Do
Maintain exterior plant material, remove weeds, litter, and debris. Perform 'trash-out' duties at vacated apartments. Clean and maintain pool, laundry room areas, and outdoor recreational areas.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must have a working knowledge of building maintenance, good communication abilities, and a willingness to work and learn. Must be able to work independently and perform tasks with occasional or no deviations from standard procedures.
