Role OverviewPerforms routine non-skilled grounds maintenance duties, such as mowing, trimming, and watering lawns and flower beds, and performs general custodial and maintenance duties as assigned. Works outside in all weather conditions and may work with potentially dangerous equipment and chemicals. Exposed to dead animals.
What You Will Do
Mows, trims, and waters lawns and flower beds, trims shrubs, cleans grounds, sidewalks, and parking lots, removes papers and debris, and operates vacuum sweeper/power washer. Performs routine maintenance of grounds equipment, fertilizes lawns, trees, and shrubs, plants trees, shrubs, and other plants, seeds and sods lawns, and sprays to control insects and disease as needed.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license with less than 6 points, and no experience required. Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions and with potentially dangerous equipment and chemicals.
