Job Description
The Groundskeeper will be responsible for maintaining the grounds, walkways, and outdoor facilities of a facility in Lenox, MA. This includes grooming the grounds, removing debris and hazards, and performing various maintenance tasks.

Requirements

  • Vocational School or training in grounds maintenance preferred
  • Experience in residential or corporate grounds keeping preferred
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
  • Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
  • Must have a current driver's license
  • Must demonstrate ability to operate effectively and safely landscaping and snow removal power equipment
  • Must demonstrate ability to use landscaping hand tools safely
  • Must demonstrate ability to maintain all machinery, tools and equipment and to keep records of such maintenance
