Job Description
The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the appearance, cleanliness, and safety of the community's exterior areas, amenities, and common spaces while supporting the maintenance team with minor repairs and service requests.

Requirements

  • At least one year of groundskeeping, maintenance, or related experience preferred
  • Proficient in the use of manual and power tools for landscaping and minor repairs
  • Valid driver's license required (for golf cart operation if applicable)
