Groundskeeper

Requirements

• Pick up all debris on exterior of property
• Maintain the cleanliness of all areas of the parking garage
• Clean elevators by wiping down walls, cleaning tracks and replacing light bulbs
• Fill pot holes in front and back lots
• In the winter months, maintain entrances with ice melt products and scrap the parking lot when necessary
• Lift, carry, push or drag items of up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to read and understand all safety labeling and cautions on equipment, chemicals and supplies
• Has the ability to work standing and walking for long periods of time
• Ability to reach and use frequent and repetitive arm movements while using landscaping equipment and supplies
