We're looking for a self-starting individual who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in maintaining our property's exterior spaces. As a Groundskeeper, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our property's visual appeal. Your dedication and attention to detail will shape the first impression for our residents and visitors and contribute to creating an exceptional living experience.

Requirements

  • Six months to one year of related experience, preferably on a residential property
  • Experience with pool maintenance a plus, but not required
  • Ability to maintain reliable transportation, a current and valid driver’s license, and vehicle insurance
