Job Description
Groundskeeper position responsible for maintaining the appearance, cleanliness, and safety of the community's exterior areas, amenities, and common spaces.

Requirements

  • At least one year of groundskeeping, maintenance, or related experience
  • Proficient in the use of manual and power tools for landscaping and minor repairs
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
  • Valid driver's license required
