Role OverviewWaterleaf at ColdSprings is seeking a groundskeeper to maintain the grounds, amenities, and overall curb appeal to attract new residents. The groundskeeper will thrive off using attention to detail to meet company standards.
What You Will Do
The groundskeeper will inspect the grounds daily, remove trash and debris, run the trash compactor, and perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's license
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
- Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
