Role OverviewAs a Groundskeeper, you'll play a vital role in creating beautiful, welcoming spaces that reflect the high standards of LUMA. You'll maintain community grounds, enhance curb appeal, and ensure safety and cleanliness.
What You Will Do
Maintain common areas, walkways, and parking lots, perform landscaping tasks, monitor and maintain recreational areas, pools, and playgrounds, and assist with property repairs.

Requirements
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
- Sharp eye for spotting trash, debris, or hazards
- Understanding of pool chemical requirements
- Basic tools for the job, including pliers, a 6” crescent wrench, screwdriver, and hammer
- Prior experience in groundskeeping or landscaping (preferred but not required)
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable, insured motor vehicle
