Groundskeeper

The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining and upkeeping the parish athletic fields, primarily the soccer field. The position requires attention to detail, ability to work independently, and physical stamina to perform tasks outdoors.

What You Will Do

The main responsibilities include lining and marking the soccer field, disposing of trash, monitoring field conditions, and performing other groundskeeping duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately measure and mark athletic fields
• Ability to safely operate field-lining equipment
• Ability to lift and transport garbage from trash receptacles
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working outdoors
