Role OverviewMaintain existing on-resident campus grounds and plantings, assist with planting, watering, dead heading, and fertilizing flowers, and operate landscaping equipment. Work with residents as a liaison for private work orders, monitor campus exterior for safety issues, and assist with snow and ice removal in the winter.
What You Will Do
Perform job duties in a safe and efficient manner, assist with preventative maintenance on equipment, and help maintain bench cleanliness and blow off hardscape areas as required.
