Groundskeeper

As our Groundskeeper, you will upkeep the beauty of the community to maintain its curb appeal. You will upkeep grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and community buildings. You will work a rotating schedule including weekends.

What You Will Do

Remove trash from office, common areas and community, assist in evictions, prepare market ready units, clean available apartments and models, troubleshoot/repair mechanical, carpentry and electrical problems, report maintenance concerns, check and replace exterior lighting, maintain awareness of proper safety precautions, complete Monthly Building/Grounds Inspection Report, inspect and water plant material/flowers, paint curbs, signposts, playground equipment, fences, and other items.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs, use ladders and work in varying weather conditions. You have 1+ years of groundskeeping experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.
