Role OverviewResponsible for upholding a clean and safe environment throughout the plant. This position includes a variety of cleaning duties to ensure all work areas remain free of debris and hazards.
What You Will Do
Yard Maintenance: Operating sweeping machinery to manage concrete dust, aggregate spillage, and debris across extensive outdoor storage lots. Debris & Waste Removal: Clearing scrap rebar, wooden dunnage, formwork remains, and concrete washout materials to prevent tripping hazards.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required
- Ability to manage your time efficiently
- Strong attention to detail
- Works well with others
- Works well when supervisors are not present
- Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies
- Able to use basic cleaning equipment
- Ability to follow schedules and keep commitments
- Ability to follow directions from the supervisor
- Bilingual is preferred
