Job Description
Dominium is seeking a Part-Time Groundskeeper to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of the Landings of Lexington property. The Groundskeeper will be responsible for daily trash removal, landscaping tasks, snow/ice removal, and common area cleaning. The role requires a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions.

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate in English orally and understand written and oral instructions
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
  • Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
