Job Description
We are seeking a Groundskeeper to join our team at Pinewood Apartment Homes in Redlands, CA. This position is responsible for the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots, and other community buildings of multi-family residential apartments.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of grounds experience preferred
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer relations and interpersonal communications
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and multi-task effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and highly developed organizational skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
