Role OverviewThe Groundskeeper/Porter is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall curb appeal of the community. This position plays an important role in creating a welcoming environment for residents and prospects by ensuring the property's grounds, common areas, amenities, and vacant apartment exteriors are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of common areas, sweeping and/or mopping breezeways, stairwells, and sidewalks, emptying trash receptacles, cleaning and maintaining pool and amenity areas, and assisting with apartment turns and minor maintenance tasks.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous groundskeeping, porter, janitorial, landscaping, maintenance, or apartment community experience
- Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment, hand tools, and property maintenance practices
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
