Job Description
The Groundskeeper will be responsible for maintaining natural grass and synthetic fields at Nashville SC facilities, performing daily field maintenance, and completing preventive maintenance on equipment. The position will work variable hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

  • 2 years of relevant work experience in maintaining sports fields, golf courses, or home lawn/landscape
  • High level of interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and deadline driven
  • Ability to perform physical labor in various degrees of outdoor weather conditions
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds of weight frequently throughout assigned workday
  • Ability to work in various positions for extended periods of time
