The role involves prospecting and closing bookings, building partnerships, and managing revenue through proactive outreach. Requirements

  • Prospect, pitch, and close group bookings for weddings, corporate off-sites, sports teams, and special events
  • Build and manage a pipeline of planners, DMCs, and community organizations in Tampa and beyond
  • Create customized packages that bundle lodging with local coastal experiences
  • Negotiate contracts and track KPIs
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure flawless guest experiences
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (required)
  • 3+ years of sales success in hospitality, event planning, or luxury accommodations
  • Self-directed, adaptable, and committed to hitting revenue goals
  • Familiarity with reservation platforms and sales tools
