Requirements
- Certification from a nationally accredited organization (e.g., ACE, ACSM, AFAA, NASM)
- Current CPR and Standard First Aid certifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to independently plan and lead group exercise routines
- Dependability, professionalism, and enthusiasm
- Ability to motivate and engage participants with varying fitness levels
- Strong organizational and time management skills
