Role OverviewThe Fitness Instructor is responsible for leading engaging, results-oriented fitness classes for our members. This role helps create a positive and motivating environment where participants feel supported and inspired to achieve their fitness goals.
What You Will Do
Maintain a service-oriented environment within the group exercise classroom, connect with members regularly, promote fitness activities, and create personalized service for members.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a group fitness trainer, proficiency in developing and leading personalized fitness programs, and certification in CPR, First Aid, and AED.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a group fitness trainer
- Certification in CPR, First Aid, and AED
- Certification as a group exercise instructor with AFAA, ISSA, NETA, or ACE
