Role OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Group Health Benefits Advisor to acquire, service, and retain group health insurance clients while executing the workflows that ensure a seamless client experience. This role blends business development, benefits consulting, account management, and operational execution.
What You Will Do
Acquire and retain group health insurance clients, conduct proactive outreach to COIs and prospective employer groups, onboard new clients, manage benefits workflows, and communicate product updates to clients.

Requirements
- Active Texas Life & Health License
- 2–5+ years of experience in group health insurance, employee benefits, or a related client-facing role
- Strong understanding of group health plans, benefits administration, and carrier processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines independently
- Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
- Comfortable networking, developing COIs, and generating new business opportunities
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
