Job Description
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operation of a Residential Group Home program, managing staff, ensuring performance targets are met, and providing operational training to clinical staff. You will also develop and maintain relationships with individuals served, families, funding sources, and regulatory agencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
  • Three or more years of relevant experience and at least two years of supervisory experience
  • Licensure as required by state
  • Current driver's license for minimum 1 year and in good standing
