Role OverviewAs a Program Counselor (DSP), you'll support individuals with developmental and physical disabilities in a residential group home setting, helping them live safe, fulfilling lives and build trusting relationships that encourage independence and personal choice.
What You Will Do
Assist with daily living skills, support medical needs and appointments, follow individualized support and behavior plans, encourage community involvement and social engagement, and complete routine overnight safety checks.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Connecticut Driver's License
- Ability to obtain DDS Medication Certification, CPR, and First Aid
